CONTENTS:
⦁    55/35/15 or 5 GALLON DRUM 
⦁    MISTING POWER UNIT INC PUMP, TIMER & FITTINGS, ALL PRE ASSEMBLED
⦁    20 FT 1/4 INCH TUBE OUTLET
⦁    5FT 3/8 INCH TUBE  LEED STRAINER 
⦁    TEE FITTING
⦁    ELECTRICAL POWER CABLE

INSTALLATION: Depending on individual circumstances, it will generally take 20-30 minutes to properly install your trash mist system. 
⦁    TOOLS-Ladder, screwdrivers, pliers, drill, tube cutter, tube release tool, cable ties, tap cons, tubing clips. 

DRUM SET UP: 
⦁    Drum or reservoir must be placed on level stable ground within 10ft of 115 vac power outlet and near to garden hose recepticale (very important as drum is extremely heavy when filled) 
⦁    white drums are designed for internal set up, dark drums for outside and excessive exposure to uv light. 

TUBING & NOZZLE INSTALLATION TESTING 
⦁    3/4in tube should be inserted through pre drilled hole in drum cap then chemical strainer is inserted to the end. 
⦁    Measure enough tube to reach compression fitting to power box, cut tube and insert correctly (tight fitting eliminates air which causes the system to potentially fail). 
⦁    Fill drum with water to almost full. Now the unit must be tested. 
⦁    Simply plug in control box and unit pump will vibrate.
⦁    Water/chemical should now be pumping and spraying out of 1/4 inch tube. 
⦁    Once system is spraying, turn off unit & add nozzle/s and test again. 
⦁    Once the fine mist is visible you can now hang your nozzles (this is recommended with clips and/or cable ties to your desired area).

⦁    Once your system is primed and ready for use, pour chemical (1 gallon of trash blaster) using a funnel,saftey glasses, and gloves. 
⦁    Top off system with hose. 

MISTING CYCLES 
⦁    Our pulse pause system is set for monthly use from our factory.
⦁    To change cycles, open control box correctly and follow simple pulse pause timer instructions to adjust for seconds (spray time) and minutes (pause time) for desired effect. 
⦁    To add strength, adjust timing and solution levels.
